West Islip Teens Favorite Books...
In the Library's Teen Corner during the month of November teens in grades 7-12 voted for their favorite books! The most popular book was Stephenie Meyer's Twilight with 9 votes!

Candy Corn Contest Winner!
Congratulations to Daniel C. for winning our Candy Corn Guess Contest! Daniel had the closest guess (753) to the actual number (796) of candies that filled the jar in the Teen Corner at the Library! Daniel is pictured here with his twin, Alex whom he promises to share his winnings!

Teens & Tweens Volunteer: Project Pillow
On August 25th West Islip teens and tweens got together and made tie pillows to be donated to Good Samaritan Hospital emergency room. These pillows will be given to bring comfort to children in the hospital. We had over 40 volunteers who made 100 pillows!
